SUMMARY OF TERMS: If selected to participate as a food vendor concessionaire, a $600 deposit is required to hold your space and menu item(s). This deposit will be held at a minimum against 30% of gross sales at the festival. Each Food Vendor Concessionaire must agree to the Deep Ellum Restaurants Agreement terms and conditions.

All food and beverage items must be sold using Festival coupons. Coupons will be sold to the public in strips of 9 coupons for 10 dollars which includes a $1:00 Festival security surcharge. Collected coupons have a gross value to the food vendor of $1.00 each. At check out the festival retains a 30% commission and pays out to the vendor 70% of redeemed coupons. Coupons are weighed to determine the total count.

The concessionaire has responsibility for reporting and paying sales tax on gross value.

No soft drinks, packaged beverages, bottled water, etc or any type of alcohol will be permitted. Custom fresh made beverages may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Kettle-corn or popcorn type menu items are never permitted.
